By now most of us are on our summer schedules. For some that is staying up late and watching all of the movies or tv shows you missed during the year. For others it could be diving into a great book you’ve been dying to read. And still others are creatures of habit and you will wake up at 5am to see how the fish are biting. No matter your poison, make sure you are taking the time to do what is most important to you and choose happiness, you deserve it!

With that being said, August is also a time that has been pretty busy. This summer we have been making our internal (DUTU) changes with leadership, function and functionality. Though some were not without difficulty, they were needed and we are proud to be moving in the direction we are moving. More to come on that later.

Speaking of moving forward, we have been discussing best practices and open chairs, just to name a couple.
